Since all phone cases are made-to-order, I don’t currently accept exchanges or refunds, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me at immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


* Please attach a photo or video of the damages and issues in the email.
* I will gladly ship a new one to you, or provide a refund if the case arrives damaged or defective.
* Please contact me with your order number to make a request within 30 days of delivery.
