Exchange & Refund

Since all phone cases are made-to-order, I don’t currently accept exchanges or refunds, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me at popclings@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

* Please attach a photo or video of the damages and issues in the email.
* I will gladly ship a new one to you, or provide a refund if the case arrives damaged or defective.
* Please contact me with your order number to make a request within 30 days of delivery.
